PLATELET-RICH PLASMA (PRP) FOR HAIR LOSS
treatment for women and men
Do you have thinning hair or bald patches? Are you losing volume? Seeing more & more hair left behind on your comb or hairbrush? Too much hair falling out in the shower?
An incredibly effective solution is here!
PRP TREATMENT BENEFITS:
Restorative: Recruits new hair growth
Enhancing: Thickens existing hair follicles
Protective: Prevents loss of the hair you already have
Each day we lose a little bit of hair. For many, this can eventually tip into a noticeable situation. Hair loss in women can be especially devastating, but THERE IS HOPE!
In the past, hair loss sufferers had no choice but to rely on topical solutions like Rogaine, hair transplant surgery, wigs, hair pieces, or comb overs. PRP helps men and women regrow and thicken hair without surgery, drugs, or messy topical creams, foams, or ointments. PRP is a treatment that eliminates an incredible amount of hassle and emotional turmoil.
Why is PRP so revolutionary and exciting?
Because growth factors from your own blood are injected back into your scalp to naturally stimulate fuller, thicker hair. We’re proud to offer Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) hair loss therapy because of the exciting potential it has to transform a patient’s outlook, self-image, and quality of life.
PRP HAIR TESTIMONIAL
"I was devastated by my hair loss. It made me so self-conscious, I started to avoid going out. Before PRP, everything I tried was flawed. You don’t realize how important your hair is to you until it’s gone. Now, my confidence is back. I couldn’t be happier!”

What causes hair loss?
The causes of hair loss are many and varied. They can include aging, genetics, stress, medications, medical conditions, nutritional deficiencies, and even hair-care and styling routines. A thorough medical evaluation is essential to first identify and address any underlying condition. We need to determine if you are a good candidate for platelet-rich plasma (PRP) hair loss therapy. We also offer advice on better hair-care and dietary practices.
How PRP works
Your blood is drawn and placed in a centrifuge to separate out the plasma. Plasma contains platelets loaded with growth factors, which trigger your own stem cells to signal when injected into your scalp. Patients can opt for a mild, topical anesthetic before receiving the injections which makes the procedure virtually painless.
How long does it take?
Sessions are quick and do not require downtime. Plan for one treatment monthly for 4 months for a total of 4 treatments. Results can be seen very rapidly or may take several months.
PRP treatments are widely used in orthopedics to speed up healing in the muscles, ligaments, and joints, proving to be a helpful solution for professional athletes after suffering injuries. In dermatology, we use PRP for a variety of rejuvenation therapies. From hair loss treatments to vaginal rejuvenation to anti-aging and wrinkle/scar treatments, PRP uses your own plasma to deliver impressive results.
